Returns Policy
TIME: Any order subject to return must be returned within 24 hours. If the customer fails to inform about a return within 24 hours, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY: Eligible items are subject to the condition that they should not be used. The item must also be in its original packaging and unopened.
PROOF: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds may take some days depending on your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thefeeders.ae@gmail.com.
Shipping
The customer will be charged the additional cost of the delivery charge for returning the goods.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
