Delivery Policy
We believe that getting your pet's products faster is important to you and so we make every effort to process and fulfill your order as soon as possible.
We currently deliver our products within Dubai through our professional in-house logistics team. Orders to other Emirates will be delivered by a professional courier company and can take 3 working days to be delivered.
The Feeders offers FREE delivery on orders of AED 100/- or more. For orders under AED 100 we charge a delivery fee of AED 10.00.
We provide delivery within 24 hours. In case items are out of stock, it may take an additional 24 hours to complete your order.
Mostly we don’t keep short expiry products in our stock. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best and freshest products because your pet’s health matters to us.
All orders received until 4 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders made after 4 PM will be added to the next day’s delivery schedule.
If any item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you of any delays in your delivery.
Only orders with a clear and full shipping delivery address will be processed. If you provided the wrong delivery address by accident, please contact our customer service team to update your delivery details.
Payment Options
- Cash/Card on Delivery (AED only)
- Online Credit Card Payment (Visa and MasterCard)
We only accept AED currency as the payment option for both Cash on Delivery and Credit Card payment. Payments will be made in AED. If payments are not received prior to delivery, TheFeeders.com holds the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries.
If the mode of payment is Online Payment (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), customers will receive a payment confirmation SMS from their bank.
Receiving Your Package
If you know you might not be in for your delivery, please leave details in the comments box upon placing your order where you would like your order to be left. Please note that for Cash-on-Delivery orders, we cannot leave your package unless it has been paid for.
